Anyone been to the Amazon rainforest?

anybody here been tot eh Amzon Rainforest? I want to go, can someone advise me on what to do there and what you need? Please. Thanks

Not really, it's a very dangerous place with some of the most deadly creatures on earth just waiting for somebody to bite or eat

Watch out for monkeys, they are everywhere and r not friendly to Americans.

No and I don't plan too...  I think its a deathtrap waiting to happen, if you do plan on going, think of survival...  the discovery channel has tons of information on it, try watching Man VS Wild and he does ALOT of unique tricks for situations, like killing a snake and eating it like beef jerky...  There are alot of poison creatures in the rain forest since its survival of the fittest in there....

Search it all in google. You'll find some useful info there! good luck, but I would love to go but I think it's a little dangerous! be careful and make sure you go with a good, trustd group of people who are well experienced.
