Anyone been to the Domincan Republic since the storms, specifically Puerta Plata?

Question

We are off to Puerta Plata on Thursday and just started reading about all the storms and possible health concerns due to the damage etc.

Any help would be appreciated!

As far I know  there was no damage in puerto plata due the storm Noel or Olga. the damages occurred in others places such as villa altagracia, bonao, Santiago, San Cristobal, barahona don't remember the rest.
