Anyone bought a mobile phone and actually received the free gift offered?

i recently bought a mobile through phones 4 u which offered a free laptop. i was told the laptop would be sent out after 28 days. now when i phone them they keep putting me off.

what i am wondering is will i receive this free gift.

orange gave me a digital photo frame with my phone.

id go into the shop with your reciept and have it out with the manager

phone 4 u are more reliable than a lot in the back of the paper so you stand a good chance, otherwise i'd have said "wahhp wahhp waaaahhhp! " trumpet kinda noise!

Probably not, you should have stole one of theirs in store while you were getting the phone !

I went through phones 4 u too and asked for the wii as my free gift but still nothing has came and that was in June!!

I doubt you'll receive your laptop...keep phoning to complain though!! x

yea u have to allow 28 days from the date you received your phone and then 7 days for postage as well from that date.

so ur looking at 35 days from date you receive your phone.

if u still dont receive it after that. check your order confirmation that the free gift had been included. so long as it has then ring them up and tell them ur goin to trading standards!! it is ilegal to advertise sumthing you cannot provide!!!

haven't done it thru phones 4 u but had a free digital photo frame from O2 with no problem. Keep on at them, good luck
