Hi,

I actually bought my dress from house of brides, not the website though.  All of my bridesmaids dresses are from there also.  All in all, they are pretty good, our dresses came before scheduled so that was nice.  As far as the people that work there, they are not very nice at all!! Not sure if this helps, because I dont know if you mean the store or the website. At the end of the day I'm happy with the products, not the people.
