Anyone can you please tell me about the company called LycoPodium Engineering in Perth?

I am going to work for LycoPodium Engineering Pty Ltd in Perth in 2 months. I belive it is an Australian consultancy for mining and mineral processing. Can somebody please tell me about , how the company is doing and how much jobs they have and working atmosphere. Bcas now presently I am in the field of Oil & Gas industry. I am from Malaysia.
