Just got done handicapping the race with a statistical regression system and it says the top 4 horses are:

Col John,  with a 51% chance of winning the race

Big Brown...14%

Pyro...11%

Adriano...7%

Fair value odds in the win pool (after you allow for natural chaos... i.e. - the chance of accidents, poor rides, etc...which incidentally introduce an uncertainty coefficient of about 30%) are indicated  at 9/5 for Col. John, 7/1 for Big Brown, 10-1 for Pyro and 14-1 for Adriano. But if you're looking for a real longshot....one simulation I ran said Recapturetheglory is the likely winner...if Big Brown is scratched, loses his jockey, or has some other unforseen mishap, and doesn't challenge for the early lead.  As you can see, its a REALLY hard game. They don't call it gambling for nothing...and remember what they always say at the track..."Free advice is worth exactly what you paid for it!"  Good luck Saturday.

I like the following horses in a box: Tale of Ektari: Slow finish time in last race is misleading due to very quick open fractions. Like post and rating ability; Colonel John Like recent works and looks like class of field: Gayego: sharp right now and can rate, post is a problem; Pyro: Throw out last on the fake dirt.
