Anyone could tell me the rules of Rugby?

I want to learn how to play Rugby.

One of the rules of rugby is that you mainly have to lateral a pass from you to a teammate. Forward passes (which are common in American football)  are generally forbidden in rugby.

A constant series of lateral passes are common in this game.

But that is the only rule I know......

Also sometimes there are regional and age group variations to the rules. But these are usually quite small, but best to check with your team/club.
