Anyone cruised american rivers with MAJESTIC AMERICAN CRUISE LINES BEFORE???

IM LOOKING TO DO SOMETHING FOR MY PARENTS... they have been everywhere, and cruised, but not on a boat like this, nor a river, although they oun their own boat... im looking for someone who has cruised this line before, and can give me some feed back... thanks! p.s. my parents are in their mid to late 60's... anyother suggestions would be appreciated!!!

Majestic America is an extremely unique line, all but one of their ships are paddlewheelers.  They are US flagged ships which means that they have an all American crew.  Itineraries and activities are very much tied to the ports visited on the itinerary.

They offer smaller ships, and a different experience.  However their ships have few public spaces compared to lines with larger ships.  Unfortunately that comes at a price - their cruises are a bit on the pricey side - and most ships do not have casinos.  They line also tends to cater to an "older" crowd.
