If so, what are you doing to get help? Are you taking meds - if so what do you take and does it help?

  1. Yes, sometimes the two definitely go hand in hand. My friend uses; at night xanax, amytriptyline. Day; cymbalta, prozac.

Before i did all the research at www.depressionandanxietypain.com

  2. i took my teen off the meds

and was giving her omega 3, good vitamins and extra vitamin c

for maybe more than 2 years

i also try to make sure she eats healthy and gets plenty of sleep

www.curezone.com is a good website with natural remedies

  3. Go to the following

and your diagnosis is not legitimate, its based  on guesswork, no one has ever tested your biology, so don't muck with your biology with guesswork drugs.

You are probably anxious because you've tarred with stigma and told not to breed and that your future holds ruin and illness and despair... and you are worried people say is that  you talking or the 'disease'.

It's normal for your identity to disintegrate  after the shrinks label you and smear your good name. Visit psychdiagnosis.net as well

Basically you should never have listened to them in the first place, and you'd be a lot better off.

I should know, I'm fully recovered. And I should know, I'm now a prominent psychiatry survivor and activist for human rights, fighting for the labeled and smeared, those indoctrinated to think they have brain diseases without any diagnostic biotech ever being employed.

Basically psychiatry is a religion unto itself, and once you see how much you've been asked to take on faith, continued involvement with it becomes untenable.

Get out now while you still have some cognitive function left. All you need to do is surf answers and see these poor saps conned into taking polypharmacy which just gives them all sorts of grief.

Really, your life is at stake, so i would go to the following link and the other one I said

also email me if you wish
