Anyone dined at The Belvedere (Stephen Ave)?

Friends of ours want to go there for dinner during the summer to try it out, all we know is that its a higher end restaurant, I think their prices start around $30 a plate.

Does anyone know what the food is like, what they specialize in? What about the dress code?
