Anyone else's phone line down with Tiscali broadband package?

It's been days. And they've changed their helpline number to an 0870 one where they earn 4.5p out of the 10p a minute it costs to call them. Fair?

I'm having trouble with my Talk Talk internet at the moment.  They too have an 0870 number, but it's free to ring from a Talk Talk line.  Have you tried the website http://www.saynoto0870.co.uk as they might be able to give you an alternative phone number, such as a freefone or area code number.
