i went for a passport interview on saturday, i was told in the leaflet and beforehand that its questions that only i would know to prevent identity theft, however i was asked questions i don't even know! like when my parents got married, all credit i have applied for (i couldn't remember of the top of my head!!), where my parents were born and how old the person signing my declaration was? none of these i knew on the top of my head myself, so how the heck do those questions prove my identity if i don't even know them?
