Im in the UK trombass08, our season ended at the begining of April.

The best time of the year IMO, is when the NHL and NBA seasons finish up their seasons within a week of each other.

Milton Keynes Lightning in the UK , and New York Rangers in the NHL .

I'm looking forward to the end of Stanley cup I hope the pens pull it back although  I've got nothing against the Wings . game 5 was a cracker.

but now the season is coming to an end and we'll have to wait till sept for more action on the ice I'm sure the Olympics , Euro 2008  and Wimbledon should give us something to talk about .

As to what to do in the off season. Play a little golf, I hear that you might have some decent courses in the area. Do a little fishing, Is that a trout stream I hear calling my name? Or go for a walk over yon hill with my trusty border collie by my side.

That's how I would spend the off season in Scotland but then I've never been a fan of that other game.

Sports on tv wise I am bored. However I am in Canada and we only see a VERY limited amount of decent (or fairly decent) weather. Now that it is somewhat warm I am never bored and always outside as much as possible. However on the sports related front, I am insanely bored. The only saving grace is that pre season NFL starts in about 11 weeks. Then soon enough it will be snowy and cold again. Till then, look for me outside.

I try to like different sports so i dont get bored easily lol. Like now i will wait for the NBA Finals. But i am very bored because the EPL is over. Bu i am very happy that Manchester United won.
