  1. "The libs are like a kid with a new toy!"

Thats just the way they are with any perceived "scandal" of their political opponents. They jump for joy and flood internet message boards with their "new toy".

Its really kind of fun to watch because each and every time the "scandal" turns out to be anti-climatic. Nothing really comes of it. And they are let down again. Awwwwwwwwwwwwww.

  2. I couldn't agree more. very well said.

  3. Obama will win anyway and there will be parties anywhere uncluding my home....you want to come??

  4. Finally  a real question .I give you props . It's like grade school on here.

  5. Actually, I think it speaks volumes about their anxiety.

They dismiss her as a "joke," "a trophy VP," "totally inexperienced," and on and on an on - then they try desperately to discredit her somehow.

If she's really such a boost for Obama - one would think that they would simply sit back and relish the pick.

  6. Yes.. You can sense the desperation

  7. they are trying as hard as they can to smack her down but they really cant pull it off.

  8. I'm LOVING, LOVING, LOVING this myself.  They are wringing their hands, dragging out every skeleton they can find in her closet, pointing out the political stances they think EVERYONE finds vile, (and they don't realize how sadly mistaken they are about that,) and now they're trying to slit the throat of a frightened seventeen-year-old girl just to discredit this woman.  They cannot get it done, because they're getting thwarted at every turn.

Last month, they were whining that America wasn't ready to elect a woman.  The truth is, they wouldn't know a REAL woman if she jumped up and bit them in the... (insert a place.)

  9. Many on the left will believe, quite mistakenly, that such an announcement is likely to weaken Palin’s support among “the hard-right conservative base”. But in fact, it will do no such thing — first, because the “hard-right conservative base” that liberal Democrats consistently invoke is largely a caricature that lives only in their minds and as a convenient trope in their rhetoric, from whence it can be trotted out as a foil and a boogeyman on cue; and second, because those energized over the choice of Palin include many disaffected libertarians and classical liberals who were, until the announcement of the Governor’s candidacy, set to either sit the election out, or else cast a protest vote for Bob Barr.

  10. She is just the VP? You realize that McCain, if elected, would be the oldest president ever? Not to mention, he has a history of cancer and other health problems. In other words, Palin has a decent chance of becoming President someday. Thus, I think all these questions are reasonable.
