Question:

Anyone else disturbed for life after watching teletubbies as a child?

Don't get me wrong, it's a very sweet programme for little kids, what with the bunnies and the baby-sun and all.

But suddenly, a wierd metal speaker rises systematically out of the bush, and a demonic voice announces, "Where have all the teletubbies gone?" Left me disturbed for life. As a child, we're more sensetive and the strangest things can scare us. It's surprising how many of my friends have the same opinion!

Does anyone else agree?

Children's TV can be devastating to a young mind, my son still tries to hold conversations with Trains, my daughter suffered a mental breakdown when the lamb bananas recently hit the streets of Liverpool, thinking there really where "My Little Ponies", she immediately tried to stuff her baby "polly" in her pocket and make off down london road.
