Anyone else feel this way?

Question

Im 15 and I just finished freshman year and it went by way too fast. I love highschool not because of the work or the classes but because I get to see all my friends everyday, I have something to do and its pretty fun. I just never want to leave I think Im going to feel lost without highschool and feel like I have no purpose. If I could Id stay there forever.

Does anyone else feel this way? Is it normal?

Oh ya highschool goes by so fast. I feel so old im 23 but I loved it and bam it was over. Enjoy the times you have.You will find that over the years you will loose or gain friends but its apart of growing up.My best friends one I have been bestfriends with since we were 14 and the other since we were in the 4th grade. But focus on the good times take lots of pics and have fun

OMG yes i'm 15 too and just finished my freshman year and it went by so fast. I get so scared because i cant see myself growing up and having a family or even being in college and i dont want to leave my friends because you may never see them again. i think its totally normal because leaving high school will be a big change for us. So you might just wanna stay there because its easy for us we have our friends and (IN college you have to make all new ones) We dont have to live on our own most of the time and we help with school and people to push us. So dont worry because I dont wanna leave either.

No.. I actually want to hurry up until i graduate university.. I want to have the best time of my life traveling around the world and do the best stuff possible.

I miss my friends from secondary school. However, i had great times as well as horrific times at the school. I am glad i am gone and it doesn't bother me either.. It's time to move on at times and i just felt ready to. Whether it was going to be hard or not. And yes it is normal. If you had a great experience you would never want to leave but if you had a major mixed one like mine, you don't want to go and you don't want to stay.

i just finshed my freshman year too..

it sucked so much drama..

i like high school alot if i didnt have to ride the bus lol.

uh... but once the drama settled i loved it.

its normall but if u think about it colleage is going to be awseome you will make so many more friends i cant wait.

Yeah its normal just remember high school was just your training for your adult life. You will eventually get even more friends and old highschool habits will leave. (Best answer please)

I feel the same way! I'm afraid highschool is going to feel like it's over in 5 seconds. I don't want to leave to go to college, I love highschool!

wow, just wait until you finish high school! i finished this year and so far it is ok ( i have been of a month ). it just feels like a holiday. but honestly it is not that bad. i love it at the minute and im not seeing a lot of my friends. i start my FIRST job next sunday, it is just a weekend one ( pretty good pay ) so that when i start college i can still work. just enjoy the time you have at school while you can. yes it is normal, completely, i was dredding leaving, you are entering the big wide world! but its all cool, trust me haha. i love the independence:-)
