Go OMSK! Jagr is a god! Atleast he will be over there where the skill pool is shallow and goalies like Brathwaite and Grahame are the mainstays!

The KHL will get castoffs of the NHL whether they be older or just underperformers. They will however will be able to retain a lot of RUSSIAN talent as the league grows. But I think the very best of them still want to try their hand in the NHL!

The only reason I know anything about it is because of the Jagr trade, which means my new favorite team is Avangard OMSK, mostly because I don't know the other ones. Any other pro players go over there?

Hard to follow a league that doesn't exist yet. It is born out of the RSL, but is not a straight switchover.
