Anyone else from UK northeast and really want thunder?

the weather is so heavy and misty and really hot, anyone else want it to thunder and lightening?

alll we ever do is complain about the wind and the rain why not just enjoy the sunshine while its here

kids dont need to be stuck inside during holidays the good weather is every mums best friend at the moment

just dont forget the sun block, and the fluids

I'm from the north west and we had two HUGE thunderstorms last night.  One at 11pm-ish, and the other at about 4am-ish.  & I heard on the weather it'll keep going north.  So don't know if you missed it now?  I'll keep my fingers crossed for you anyway!

YES! I live in the south east and it's the same...haha typical english we complain when it's too hot, too cold, too wet, too dry.

I live in the south and we had thunder and lightening last night. Unfortunately it didn't do much to clear the air.

Yes! I'm in Durham, feeling a bit sticky in front of my monitor. It's not pleasant being in an office with no air conditioning! Apparently the storm is due to break tomorrow.
