Anyone else getting hacked by a site called blackbay.org?

Question

I recently had my myspace hacked by a site called blackbay.org and i did some research into it and found that its happening to alot of people. I just wanna know if anyone has any information on them, and i can provide some too.

Also additionally is web indentity theft an indigtable crime? like can you be charged for it?

I'm not getting hacked and i don't think you can get charged for that.
