Does anyone have a problem calling a particular company that you have things with eg. mobile phone, internet to ask a question or have a problem with to find that the person on the other end of the line isn't even on the same continent as you?! I just wanted to voice my concern as to whether other people find it frustrating to have to try to get them to understand what the problem is if they don't understand what is being said to them! How can we overcome this problem if there isnt a contact person to contact to voice this concern?
