Anyone else have a problem with companies...?

Does anyone have a problem calling a particular company that you have things with eg. mobile phone, internet to ask a question or have a problem with to find that the person on the other end of the line isn't even on the same continent as you?! I just wanted to voice my concern as to whether other people find it frustrating to have to try to get them to understand what the problem is if they don't understand what is being said to them! How can we overcome this problem if there isnt a contact person to contact to voice this concern?

  1. YEAH! I once had to wait 4 hours on the hold while one dept directs me to another and back to the same person again and i got angry and raised my voice after that! Eventually, nothing got done and i went down to their company HQ. Guess what? There aren't any sales/customer service people there either! Good grief....in the end, we had to force (not leaving there till someone gave a solution) out one manager and it got rectified within an hour. This is our national telephone company, not a small time one.
