Anyone else have major Deja Vu in dreams?

It's weird really. I've had this thing since I was like 6 years old. What happens is, in my dreams, I get a picture of a specific place. Not like I stay in that place, I just get a glimpse that seems to last forever. I sometimes see that place after another dream, having nothing to do at all with that dream, then in another dream, I get this weird nostalgia feeling throughout. But here's the creepy part: in real life, sometimes, I would just be traveling, looking around, and all of a sudden, I get this MASSIVE Deja Vu feeling, like I've seen this place before, and I'd realize I had seen it in a dream and been here a million times, but then the next SECOND, the feeling's gone, just completely GONE, and I can't even recall that place in my dream that seemed so familiar. This has happened to me in some really weird places, like on a beach, a bend in a highway, on the road, etc. It just feels so familiar, and the next second it's gone....

and certain places in my dreams, I feel familiar, even though I can't for my life recall dreaming that place before. Anyone got any ideas why?

  1. it sounds pretty freaky!

even though i dont have them, my brother and my cousin sometimes do...as for me, i hav deja vu ALLLLLLL the time! its crazy.

but i think ur dreams simply REMIND u of the place u r @ and then u realize that and the feeling goes away. thats my thought on it but otherwise, idk.

  2. I also have them. When I explain them to a person that I'd be with, that person would tell me that we've never been here before or retort something like, "You just noticed that?" It's awkward sometimes, and with these weird Deja Vu dreams, when someone says something I feel like I've heard it before without totally remembering how. It's just...... weird.

  3. I have them and they're kinda creepy too
