Anyone else have problems with Excelsior IEP's?

I was just wondering if anyone else has had problems with the facilitators at Excelsior in victorville ca. with their IEP's.

Ever since Chuck's been gone, the place is really suffering.

Anyone know whats going on?

I don't know about this particular place, but I do know that schools are corrupt with special ed all over the country. You can easily search for info on this, no matter how much people disagree with this.
