Anyone else having a problem with bank of america and them processing your deposit?

My account in now over 900 in the negative because bank of america didn't process my deposit and they say it may be tomorrow before I even see my deposit. they say 6 states are dealing with this right now. This is the second time they have done this to me and I am closing my account as soon as I get my money back. I was wondering if anyone else is dealing with this too?

Im sorry to hear. Same happened to me but  work there so I was aware of it. We do have a solution if yours hasnt been resolved. Call with your deposit receipt and we will immediately provide temp credit. This applies to any missing deposit in the future (as long as acct is not OD prior to deposit)...always keep your receipt!

in my experience, small local banks are more consumer-friendly than big coast-to-coast ones.

They always have a reason for fee's late charges etc .  i dropped them right away  when i figured out what they were up to  .bank of criminals .oh don't forget they lost all those people's private information  somehow  .......................

BoA is one of the worst rated credit card issuer.  And remember, banks spend millions in "consumer behavior research" to come with creative rules that optimize their bottom line./

bank of america sucks, so does wells fargo.  The best thing to do is look for a credit union.  Bank of the Cascades is the best, but they are far and few between and mainly in Oregon and Idaho.
