Anyone else having trouble with utorrent version 1.8?

ever since i updated to the new version it crashes within moments and says cannot generate crash dump.the forum on utorrent is not much help to me since i don't know enough about computers.can u help me?

go to the options where your downloads are stored, and make sure there is a path  there.  Sometimes when you update it changes the path or where your downloads go.  options, preferences, downloads.  check it out.  if anything uninstall, download instead of update, and reinstall.

Yes im having problems with utorrent 1.8 too :(

Though my problem is different and not like yours.

Since i shifted to my new house and got a new internet connection, my utorrent 1.8 doesnt connects to the internet..

It shows 0 Nodes ..No connections, when actually i have a very high speed internet.. The yellow triangle or a green tick Image are also not appearing, which used to appear some 2-3 months before taking the new internet connection.

There are no firewalls turned on in my pc. . . I have tried to reinstall the program many times but no effect.

i dont know much about routing ports and protocol and stuff like that, so i have almost given up and uninstalled utorrent.

So nowadays im downloading torrent files via my Limewire software
