  1. yes, quite famous this side of the pond. Supposedly the bloke was overworked. Lots of manpower cuts in his staff. Then he set the cisco routers whereby the password could not be reset. He landed up in the clank. what that meant was that San Fran's fiber optic network was at his mercy. Finally he gave the master password to the mayor of SF.
