Anyone else notice ESPN said Carl Pavano is pitching for the Yanks tonight but it's Ponson who's pitching?!?

Weirdly Yahoo Sports also says Carl Pavano's next game is tonight against the Red Sox and gives his career stats against the Sox.

I had the sound off, but there was a graphic on the ESPN broadcast that said Pavano is on the mound, but it's not Pavano ... he's on the DL. Weird.
