By no means am I a Rachel Ray fan but.. jeez JC.. sounds like you need to learn how to get over things. Let it go. Everybody is wronged at some point at least once in their life, if you constantly dwell on the negative how will there be room for the positive?

I think I've noticed the tick you're talking about but it doesn't bother me. We all have little things like that we do, it would suck to be on a tv show and have everyone pick apart each little insignificant thing you do!

How would you like someone doing this to you?

I had a stint with Central Market ( H.E.B.) in Texas.

they wanted to learn how to make Mozzarella.

they hired me to teach.

It was called "Mozzarella live"( because it was made in front of the customers).

She called Central market and said she wanted to film it and put it on her show.

So Central Market had me go to the South Austin location for the filming.

Prob was is that after it was filmed( she never kept her word).

She just copied what I was doing and did it herself on the show.

That wasn't the deal.

( Maybe some of you followers saw that segment)?

Royally screwed.

I think I am on the wrong category .  Is it common to tear people down on this site, or to vent your frustrations regarding business deals.  There must be a better venue for that.  That being said, from what we are told, she has had a pretty hard time the past several years and may be getting bad advise on how to handle her show.  I don't think doing a show like this is easy.
