Anyone else notice that Steak & Shake Chili Mac has gotten waaaaay smaller?

We went to Steak & Shake the other night and ordered Chili Macs and we were shocked at the small portion we got. Two Chili Macs would make what one serving was before. I gave mine to my brother and just sat there and ate nothing. When I voiced my complaint to the cashier, she said they had been getting other complaints about portion size. I know the price of pasta has gone up, but you could hardly call what we got an entree. It was more like a side dish. One would not make a meal. It was just a little handful of spaghetti. What's more, they served it on a very small shallow plate and put one plate on top of another to make it look bigger. I was so angry, I don't think I'll go back to Steak & Shake. They lost me as a customer.

First off, you should have complained to the waitress and she might have corrected the problem or asked for the manager to drop by.  A couple things here.  First you will probably see more of this as the restaurants are strapped from increasing prices.  Secondly, the pasta in spaghetti was the cheapest thing on the plate.  the meat in the chili may have gone up but the biggest increase in cost is the raise in salary the CEO is getting.
