  1. This is highly unlikely, I'm sorry.

Troy Tulowitzki's quad is preventing him from playing good defense and being able to hit the long ball.

Your pitching is very weak.  Francis has been inconsistent and helped carry you last year with Morales and Jimenez.

The best thing you could have done was trade Fuentes because I don't see you re-signing him.

Lastly, between the Dodgers and Diambondbacks in the division and the wildcard likely to come out of the NL East, unless they really put together a streak like last year, which is highly unlikely, you may just creep up to third.

I have stats that prove this but I just don't feel like copy and pasting all of them.  If you're that concerned contact mee.

  2. Yes I've noticed them climbing, but the only reason they till have any type of a chance is because the NL West is the weakest division in baseball.  They still won't catch the Dbacks or the Dodgers.  I personally would rather see them win the division because they'd be an easier team to beat then either of those other 2 teams.

  3. I've been watching closely.  They are 13-6 since August 13th.  If they want to have any chance at the NL west, they need to dominate their series against the Dodgers and their 2 series against Arizona.  I think they need to win 2 out of 3 against LA and 4 or 5 out of 6 against Arizona to have a chance, but they are one of the hottest teams out there right now, so I'm not ruling them out.

    Go Rox!

  4. Still keeping as much FAITH as I can that this is the year of the CUBBIES.  100 yr drought.  Its time to end it and win it.

But, back to the Rockies, its kinda sad that a team with this poor of a record can only be 5 games out of first place in the NL West.  Colorado 66-74, playing  .471 baseball and only  5 games out.  Of course, they can catch the Dodgers and D'Backs, but they need those teams to lose.

  5. No, whoa dude it's like Deja vu......, totally.

  6. Watch out for them Rockies!!!!!!
