Pisceans born between 11 March and 20 March are an excellent match because of their Pluto–Scorpio co-rulership. They are passionate, idealistic and more driven than most Pisceans. You can have a lot of excitement, as well as long-term satisfaction, with them.

Does that mean Pisceans born between March 11th and March 20th have some Scorpio traits???

coming from me (born march 16 and loving it) yes, i have scorpio traits. i seek revenge more than your typical piscean and im not as indecisive as most. i can also finish what i have started, which isn't really a typical piscean trait.

Yes. This would be an example of what astrologers call decan(ate)s.

For example, I'm a Gemini, but I was born in the later period of the sign, like you in Pisces. The decanates for Gemini are as follows:

Gemini/Libra/Aquarius. That means my decan is Aquarius, giving me somewhat Aquarian-like traits.

So, in terms of your sign, the decan pattern is Pisces/Cancer/Scorpio, which is why you have some Scorpion traits.

Yes. I'm born on March 12 and I am definitely passionate, idealistic, very driven and ambitious, with a huge s*x drive (larger than most guys I've dated except the love of my life/soulmate's who turns out to be a Scorp male).  I am also fiercely loyal, very private, very very independent, sensitive (but I hide it well), great inner strength, and trust is oober important to me (you break it, I won't forgive you, plus I trust very slowly).  Interestingly, I don't have Scorpio anywhere in my chart, but I certainly have some of their traits.  As a Pisces I can adopt the traits of other signs, and I am definitely channeling a bit of Scorpio.  I think it helps me understand my Scorp.  I've always connected well with Scorpios.
