Anyone else see John Edwards going as Hillary's vice-president?

I can't help but to pair them up in my mind sometimes. Is it because of his youthful looks_which remind me of President Clinton_or because of Edwards' wife being sick and still giving it all she's got to fight for her husband, and thus mental association with Hillary who herself stood by her man?

I should like to think that out of all the candidates these two get to the heart of the people in one way or the other, mostly by just being themselves and even by being vulnerable in a way. The big question would be; Would Edawards want to go as Vice President? After all this is way he was going w/ Kerry.

  1. Could be because Edwards can appeal to many southern voters where Hillary is going to have a problem. On the other hand Obama can get the black vote. Edwards would appeal to women voters too.

  2. It will be Obama

  3. Sounds good to me. Edwards could be pushed around by Hillary when he isn't busy getting his haircut and styled. I don't think she will go with Obama because she likes someone she can dominate easily. Obama looks like a man with an opinion. She won't go for that.

  4. The Breck Girl?  No, I don't think his ego would permit a second defeat.

  5. I can imagine it- but I don't think it's likely to happen. Edward's has already "been there& done that" -as John Carey's running mate in 2004... -I really don't think he'd want to settle for playing "2nd fiddle"- again. I really like him- too... But he's just got too much high octane "Competition" in the Field of Democrats this time......

  6. NO Fair, I called “that” from day one!
