Question:

Anyone else see a PROBLEM with Yahoo! Financial data?

Once upon a time Yahoo! Financial took some pride in providing timely and accurate data - no longer apparently. Not only can I NOT contact Yahoo! Financial but, when I could they just blamed the data suppliers. The latest rubbish is posting of Dividend data. The Ex-Dividend dates are fine but the ACTUAL DIVIDEND DATE (when the money goes to the bank) is now 9 to 12 MONTHS OUT-OF-DATE. Soes ANYONE know how to rattle the Yahoo! Finacial cage to get the pride put back into data timeliness and accuracy?????

  1. When something gets that big and fat all it wants to do is to lay there and burp and f**t.  It cares about nothing else but the burping and farting. All you can do is to bail out and make sure you are standing upwind.  Nine to twelve months is nothing. Wait another year, then you should see it at twelve to eighteen months.  Eventually it will f**t itself to death and just die.

This is what happened to MCI Worldcom a few years ago.  I had that on my first cell phone and their billing was six months behind. Finally I bailed and then the whole thing just farted its brains out.  Lucky for me I got out in time.
