s***n b- I post all my questions here unless they need specialist attention, like if it was a question about an esperanto translation. I consider this place to be my very disfunctional family.

  1. such lil experience, i mean no experience.  i grew so sick and tired of them saying about obama(no experience).  look what he did.  a desperate ploy.   le'ts hope that he doesn't croak.

  2. He's trying to appeal to women voters...but epically failed

  3. Desperate and cynical.

He thought he could get the Hillary democrats, Not a chance, and the fundy nut job voters.  They seem to love this lady.  Scary

  4. The whole world needs to be VERY scared right now.

Here's an outline of a NOT impossible scenario:

McCain is elected and dies for whatever reason in the first few months.

Palin becomes POTUS (President Of The US).

She's probably more a fundie than Bush was a fundie.

Who wouldn't she declare war on cos her imaginary fiend told her to?

How long before one of her friends put up a bill to outlaw abortions.

How long before one of her friends put up a bill to 'teach both sides' of the cretinist v evolution 'debate'?

USian scientists would leave their country in droves KNOWING that all their research would be compromised.

That'll do; I just scratched the surface.

  5. i think he chose her to get the remaining hillary supporters to vote for him now that he has a woman as the vice president - and yes, she IS a horrible choice... *sigh*

murdering all the wolves, drilling everywhere.... it will SUCK if she becomes president or even vice president!!!

  6. No.  I see it as an "I'm lost and he's going to win anyway" move.  I agree though - I'm anti Islam, and all that other stuff.

  7. No I see it as him desperately trying to gain some women and independent voters, too bad he picked someone completely on the other side of the spectrum from Hillary.

  8. Anyone is better than "Bin Laden Obama" and some other guy "Biden" his time !! At least Palin is a REAL person, who has more experience, and doesn't "Double Talk", and complicate issues like  (OBAMA).

I would rather vote for Barnie Rubbles Son, "BAM BAM". At least he wouldn't kiss the leader of IRAN'S *** !!

  9. If McCain croaks she is president.

I think she is a horrible choice.

  10. Early polls suggest that the Independent voters are unimpressed; and the Fundagelicals were likely to vote for McSame anyway, so she hasn't helped him much overall.  But it's still early days.  (Gotta coupla loonnnggg months ahead, folks....)

  11. People, whatever happened to voting on the issues????????????????

  12. Why are you so worried?

If Democrats think that she is so bad of a choice, then shouldn't they be happy instead of panicking?

  13. I do.

I think it was an attempt to distract people from Obama and it worked for that.

Rove likely figured it would attract the right religious wing of the party and some genius was probably hoping to attract female voters.

The fact that she is under qualified to be POTUS if she has to fill that position in an emergency seems not to have been a factor. They do not seem to have expected anybody to be aware that she has any warts either.

Ask yourself if they would have selected her if she was a man.

  14. YES!!!!!

  15. chyeahh.

  16. Yeah, but ultimately, who cares.

It's gonna be more of the same from the Democrat/Republicans.  These 2 parties are mostly the same and not very different.

They both spend, spend, spend.  Tax, tax, tax.

And they both restrict my personal freedom.

It don't matter who gets elected from these 2 parties, they should just unite and announce that they have combined forces to fight freedom.

  17. No, I see it as a "I'm willing to sell out to gain mainstream Republican support" kind of decision.

  18. even though i support him, i do kind of think it was kind of a popularity stunt.
