Question:

Anyone else sick of religious gaybashers?

Ever notice how in almost all the questions posted in this category, there's at least one religious fanatic "holier-than-thou" type? I'm taking a poll on how people feel about religious types. And for those gaybashers themselves answering this question... Aren't you supposed to love your neighbor? Isn't righteousness reserved for the Lord? You contradict yourselves by hating on us, so p**s off.

  1. ohh mikey frank gerard(haha OMFG) they are soo annoying.

    they make me mad.

  2. I agree with Patrick, they are not worth it.

They disgust me for all the reasons you say, namely that they are vicious self-righteous hypocrites aho need to get a life and mind their own d**n business.

But they talk about us because they are unhappy about their own lives and need someone, anyone, to hate on and vent their own bitterness and insecurities. So I think it's just best to ignore them or flip them and then ignore them and not give them any more attention.

  3. Their sermons aren't exciting enough, so they have to entertain themselves by looking for fish in barrels to shoot.  Small.  Very, very small.

  4. We all are sick of them as much as u are. All I hear anymore is blah blah blah blah

  5. UHH YESS!!! why cant they mind there own d**n business GRR lol but seriously for someone who quotes the bible so much you would think they would be just a LITTLE more accepting but i guess im wrong.

  6. They need to come out from underneath there bibles & realize that we are a happy socioty of people & let us be the way that we are.

  7. Yes I am sick of them! Why can't they just go back to the R & S section? They say they're doing their duty as Christians. Well, I thank them for telling us what is on God's mind, but if I really want to know that, then I'll talk to him myself.

Besides, if being LGBT was a sin, then I still wouldn't want to go to heaven if they're going to be there! They didn't say they were going to heaven, did they? You're right they didn't. Why? Because it's not their place to say who goes to heaven and who goes to h**l. Which begs the question, what gives them the right to say I'm going to h**l???

  8. they`re just supa jealous!!!but i do really think that yahoo answers should do something about it,so just report their "holy" asses!!

    Hugzies!!

  9. They're just hypocrits, they guilty of "sin" too, they just won't admit!

  10. I feel your pain.

They're not worth your time though.

  11. Yes. They only come to this section on Answers for the wrong reasons. i try to ignore them the best that I can.

  12. Oh yeah. However, not all religious people are like that. It's just the mean ones.

  13. The gaybashers conveniently forget the following: Nobody belongs in my bedroom but ME and those I invite. And let's not forget that he Holy Bible tells us that Lot committed incest with his own daughters, Abraham loaned his own wife to community leaders whom he needed to do business with and that King James was openly g*y to the point that the English populace  referred to him as Queen James.

Christianity is rife with bigotry. It's in the Bible. READ IT FOR YOURSELF. DON'T TAKE MY WORD FOR IT!!!!

  14. They have a right to their opinions. I don't have to agree with it. It is amazing that they can take the splinter out of our eyes, but ignore the plank that is jammed in their eye. These people are like a heard of sheep (which they refer to themselves often). They follow their religious leaders without question. If the shepard leads them into dangers, they follow and accept those fates. It is sad really. They question not what is right or wrong.

When confronted by their rhetoric, I ask them to look at the sins that plague their congregations. High divorce rates, drug usage, infidelity, bribery, stored wealth while those in their communities suffer, sinning Monday - Saturday and looking for forgiveness on Sunday. I could go on. Perhaps they need to look within their walls of the church first and fix their congregations before they head out in the world. Their credibility would be much higher. God knows their history of discrimination and murder is not very positive.

As a g*y Christian, I researched the Bible and came up with a diofferent interpretation than they have. They use the words to cause hate and despair. My interpretation tells me of hope and love. I know who my savior is and His name is Jesus Christ. My Lord is one of love and hope. He gave us the groundwork of eternal salvation. Why should I listen to those who are blind and full of sin when my Lord is the one I answer to? The extreme Christian right who spew their beliefs of being g*y is a sin that damns us to h**l is a crock. They are no better than any politician out there that give Americans no offerings of real change and hope.

God Bless to ALL YA participants.
