Anyone else still waiting on their over due stimulus check?

Hi was just wandering how mant outhers are still waiting on their over due stimulus check ?

Mine was to be sent out no later than 6/13/2008 and on Monday June 9th i received a leter from the IRS telling me i should have my stimulus check by Friday June 13th.

Neeedless to say i have'nt got my check yet and i justread an artice right here on Yahoo saying some people have received two checks while outhers have received nothing.

Our Government just cant seem to do anything right.

Yes, also here is a phone number you can call and they will give you an update on you checks status, and when it will be mailed out.

Feel free to go any other country if you don't feel that our government does anything right.  Although I'm sorry that you haven't yet received your money from the government that was tasked with distributing millions of checks in various amounts based on tons of tax filings, remember that the money that you will receive was neither earned or owed to you but an effort of our government that can't do anything right to stimulate the economy.  If you are opposed to that government that decided to give you free money, please feel free to return the check when it comes in.

Got mine deposited to my Checking Account in May. I read the article you were talking about too,it's almost laughable. And Obama wants to put these moronic government bureaucrats in charge of Health Care? Yikes!!

My stimulus acceptance letter arrived late.  I never got the form to send in either.  Thank goodness the IRS goofed up & sent 2 to my mom.  Neither one had personal information pre-printed so I could fill out one easily.  We mailed ours on the same date (I went to the post office with her that day to get stamps) & she got her acceptance letter first.   Hers said by 06-13 too.  Nothing yet.  Mine says by this Friday, the 20th.  I don't expect to see hide nor hair of my check til the beginning to mid July.  

If you reread your acceptance letter, as I've done about 20 times now, LOL, you have to wait 6 weeks AFTER the date of the letter to even contact the IRS' special 1-866 number to find out where your stimulus payment is.

The Government was flooded with Illegals claiming ALL there Illegal Children with NO SOC.SEC. numbers and the adult Illegals with false Soc. Sec. numbers. Your check is sent out by your last numbers on your Soc. Sec number. If it is 8 or 9 you might not get it until Sept. I got mine now I am waiting for the unemployment exstension stimulus package IF the Repubs would stop vetoing it

I haven't gotten mine either, my letter came today telling me its being mailed this week and it might take six weeks to get to me.  Seems the Post Office, not government run, is doing not too well either.

My check, according to the IRS site was supposed to have gone out May 28, but the letter says June 18.
