Anyone else think Wolfgang Puck is overrated?

Question

When I was in H'wood in April, seemed like everyone and their brother had him catering their stuff, but personally I thought it was sorta bland. Any other thoughts?

especially his stuff in grocery stores.

I did have a good meal a  few years ago at his Las Vegas restaurant.

Actually, I don't mind him as much as Thomas Keller of the French Laundry.  I hate him for a variety of reasons.  His food, his attitude towards the staff and customers, and his trying to take over Yountville with hair-brained ideas.

Maybe his original restaurant was good, I don't know, but he's sure overextended these days.  The other day I saw a Wolfgang Puck To Go at an airport, it was all these lame pre-packaged sandwiches and stuff.

Overrated, Overpriced, - - - nice idea, but when you overfranchise the quality goes with it.
