Anyone else think that there is quite a bit more to the anthrax case.

I just find it suspicious that one all the credit is going to this one man who coeincidently commited suicide last week.

Turns out he was a registered Democrat... then why was he sending anthrax to the Democratic leadership? It's fishy...

there has been a lot on this issue on NPR.  I instantly thought this was a cover-up -  let's blame the dead guy.  why is this in the news now.  is it b/c he is dead and they can easily blame him?  why did they take 7, yes 7 years to come out with a suspect?  when they started to question Irwin, according to some news reports, the families of the victims were not notified there was a suspect?  this was an incident of unsurpassed national importance and interest, and its going to take 7 years to announce a suspect?  Now the news is reporting that he was "unstable" and had severe mental health issues (although this didn't appear to be a problem during his tenure as a federal employee).  If Irwin was only one of a handful of employees who had access to this "spore drying machine" and he was spending long hours at the job, which he couldn't account for, and hadn't done prior to the anthrax scare, or after, why was he not arrested sooner?  why wasn't his name brought out as a suspect long ago?  I'll go so far to even ask is Irwin even dead.  Or did he go down as the fall guy for the federal government and is living on some obsure island?  I don't know, but I truly am suspicious of this story and don't believe for one minute that this case is as "cut and dry" - pun not intended, as the media is currently making it out to be.  Irwin may have had something to do with it, but there were others involved.  what was the motive, that is what I would like to know.  what motive did Irwin possibly have for doing this?  well, i've asked more questions than answering yours, so sorry I couldn't have been more help!

Oh, h**l yes! It's all  just too convenient. At this point in time I would not be surprised by anything this administration does. And just how sad it that?
