I am a Warrior fan and do think he could become good but what i seen watching summer league all he does is try and fore the issue makes turnovers, and gets lucky that he gets fauled because he's outa control most of the time. He field goal percentage is not that good he just shoots 17 free throws a game.

I just think he needs to learn his role better and let the game come to him. Cause he can do a lot of things

  1. He won't be that good once the NBA starts. He has potential, but will only have an impact like Tyrus Thomas. Super athletic PF, but can't solidify the paint.

  2. DONT WORRY, WARRRIORS STINK, THEYLL ONLY PLAY 82 THIS YEAR

  3. He did average over 20 ppg in the summer league. It's hard to say if he'll be any good in a real game. Some players play great against lower levels of competition, but then when it gets stepped up a level they're nowhere to be found.

  4. Anthony Randolph is talented but summer league success does not translate into NBA success. Once he gets into the real NBA games and not just playing against a bunch of players hoping to make a camp, he will get a little reality check. I mean Chris Bosh did pretty well with his slim frame the first couple of years, but he also went through periods where he looked worn down cause of his lack of weight training. By Randolph's third year he should have a breakout if he gets stronger and if Nellie even plays him. Remember, they drafted and athletic forward in Brandon Wright last year and he sat on the bench most of the year and then got sent to the NBDL for sometime.

  5. Warriors fans need something to grab on to.

He looked good in the summer league but who doesn't?

  6. I am a warriors fan and i dont think hes over rated.  I think hes under rated.  I never hear anyone talking about him.  If Don Nelson is smart he will give him playing time and get him used to the real game and maybe after that people will stop hating on him.

  7. No I think he is very similar to Lamar Odom

  8. Right now, AR is trying to prove himself under the watchful eye of Don Nelson to ensure himself some quality playing time once the season starts.  Nelson has a well documented history of not playing rookies unless they're phenomenal players right outta the gates.  I understand why you feel Randolph may be overrated due to the tabloids and media hyping up his performance in summer camp but rest assure, everything will fall into place once the season starts.  Why don't we just sit back and see what the newbie can do.  Anthony Randolph and Brandon Wright , if developed properly along with Biedrins, could become a permanent fixture in the Warrior's starting frontcourt for the next decade.  I really like what Chris Mullin is doing by choosing to invest in long term projects instead of mortgaging our future for aging veterans like Dallas and Phoenix have done this past season.

  9. Then trade him for Kobe Bryant then.
