I have been having a ton of problems on the webkinz website. I find the service to be horrible. They advertised 8 days of yum, but we could never access the wheel of yum. The trading rooms are always full. It seems like the Co. wants ya to spend all your money on the webkinz and then doesn't care about the problems on their web site. I have written them with numerous complaints that have all gone unanswered. Some of these problems were account issues, missing kinzcash, missing rooms, stuck items, inability to access daily activities from time to time and adoption problems. You get a generic email back, which does nothing to rectify anything. When you call the Co. you get a voice mail and when you leave a message, nobody calls back. It just seems to me that a multi million dollar company that's getting rich from our kids could provide them with what they promise them and at least try to provide half way decent customer service. They seem to only care about pocketing our money!!
