i actually joined a boxing gym because i like to spar i used to spar on the block with the guys in the neighborhood, i would say because i enjoyed punching and getting punched and testing my limits and the limits of others. at the gym i used 16oz gloves in the street 8oz gloves which by the way is not a good idea.
