Anyone ever been to Kamiah, Idaho ?

I was born in San Diego, California, and my family and I moved near my grandparents when I was 9 because we needed a new start since my step father suddenly passed away. Out of everywhere possible, my grandparents lived in Kamiah, Idaho (which is where we were moving to). We didn't know what was in store for us..once we got there it was totally different, only about 1,000 people, yet it was nice for a change. Did I mention we didn't even live in the TOWN, we lived about 30 mins up the mountain from town? I always loved the country lifestyle and definitely would still to this day choose it over a city lifestyle. Once I met my sister - best friend - "soul" [friend] mate there, Kiera, From then on I pretty much fell in love with the place. Now I live on the Big Island of Hawaii, although it is beautiful here and I do somewhat enjoy it, my heart will always be in little ol' Kamiah Idaho...

now for my question -- anyone ever been to Kamiah? if so, what are your experiences/anything you enjoyed about it?

Yes I've been to Kamiah, I really liked it, but I also grew up outside of a small town in Idaho so I appreciate the community feeling of small towns.  Kamiah is absolutely beautiful and I truly have enjoyed the few times that I have been there.
