how easy/difficult is it to find employment?(americans)

is there a wide variety of affodable bars/restraunts?

Are there many water falls?

are there secluded beaches?

  1. It's  Surfer city ....in the coast

    check it @ www.gotopuertorico.com

  2. Hello. Can I ask you why you are moving to Rincon if you have never been there or you haven't been offered a job there?? Just wondering..

Rincon is not a city & not a secluded rural town either. Its in the middle, like a suburb. Its a regualr surf town on the west coast of PR. This town is known for its surfing & sunsets. Yes there are waterfalls & secluded beaches around, that is all over PR, you just have to look. There are bars & restaraunts & almost any store you want. There are quite a bit of americans living in Rincon. However employment in PR is hard to find. Even billingual college educated locals have a hard time getting a job. & jobs in PR pay much less than in the states. I know you said no links but please check out below, I think these can help you.

  4. Well dude, I wish you good luck.

Surf is the only thing in Rincon.

  5. Puerto Rico has a very high unemployment rate... why do you think you can move to PR with no skills (you didn't mention any) and no money and think you can be immediately offered a job and a place to live.

No money, no skills... and I'll bet YOU DON'T SPEAK SPANISH, EITHER... you will really do well in P.R.

I don't know why it is that AmeriKans who are failures in AmeriKa, think they can just up and move to a foreign country and become instantly successful.. when the truth is... if they were a failure at home, they will be an even bigger failure in the foreign country.

I have lived on my boat in the Yacht basin in Antigua for nearly 5 years and I can't count the number of AmeriKans who come to this beautiful little island and fantasize about coming here to live... and THEY HAVE NOTHING TO OFFER... they have no SKILLS... they have no MONEY... they have no REALISTIC understanding of what it means to move to a foreign country... h**l... they can't even SPEAK THE LANGUAGE... but they think they are going to set the Island on fire.

They almost always FAIL and go back where they came from...
