Anyone ever been to lxtapa Mexico?

Im thinking about booking a trip there , anyone been there ? how was it?

Hello, yes I've been to Ixtapa. It has a pretty beach and nice hotels, but the nightlife is average. It's more of a peaceful and romantic place.

It would really depend on the type of holiday you want... Ixtapa has a very nice beach, it's quite affordable (less expensive than Cancun for sure) with good restaurants and a decent night life (it will depend on the date you're willing to travel). If you go in July, it would be packed with highschool students.  Anyway if you want to have a "Mexican" experience is the right place to go.
