Anyone ever eaten ONLY fruit or celery for one or two days? ?

What happened? Has anyone ever done this? Eaten only one thing of something for a whole day or 2 days of whatever?

  1. I ate celery and grapefruit for 4 days and spent a lot of time in the restroom on the toilet.

    Also, you are hungry and get sick at the site of celery and grapefruit.

    It is not safe nor do I sugguest it, I did it for a special event only and hated it, But I lost 7 pounds. :)


  2. my mum and I went on Apple Diet.  We ate apples and apples only for 3 days to lose weight.

    We lost weight but gained it straight back on once we started eating normal!


  3. I drank only liquids for about a month one time, when I was in a crisis, and couldn't keep food down.  I did however drink fruit juices and v8.  I lost 15 pounds.  Not a good time.  I didn't need to lose weight.

  4. you will not lose any body fat, all you will do is lose water weight, if you step on a scale the numbers would be lower because you have less water in you, once you start eating again, y ou will regain that lost water.. you have to go on a smart diet to really make a change.
