Anyone ever experience astral projection?

I can tell you that people have seen all sorts of creatures such as angels, demons, ghosts, spirits, nature spirits (such as fairies and garden nomes) and other stuff. You might see your guardian angels or spirit guide. You might even meet your sould mate! You could be projected to the astral plane (which looks exactly like the physical) and see people and other creatures. You know, if you find someone sleeping, you can try to pull them out of their body. If you ever Astral Travel, think about others. Try helping someone who is poor or needy. I'm a little close to achieving it. You just have to practice!

I'm trying. Like the last person said, there are many who do, and you know what's the best part? You can too! But it takes practice, like everything in life.
