Question:

Anyone ever felt like this or know why I might be feeling this way??

Sometimes I feel really hungry but no matter how much I eat I can't seem to feel full. But at the same time I'm really dizzy and feel like I might puke, so I don't want to eat. But as soon as I eat something sugary or sweet I feel better for about 30 minutes, then I'm back to feeling hungry, dizzy, and nauseous again. It usually lasts about 2 or 3 days then I'm fine for a few weeks. When I feel that way I'm completely fine when I'm up walking around, in a moving car, running, or anything active, but once I sit down or stop moving I feel sick again. I can walk around in circles and be completely fine, the minute I stop walking I feel like I'm gonna puke. My aunt (who I live with) says it's all in my head and I'm making myself sick by thinking of it, but it happens way too often for me to be imagining it (like once every 2-3 weeks). Does anyone know why I get this way from time to time? Or has anyone felt like this to?

  1. Umm, well that happens to me, and my dad says that I am dehydrated, so maybe try drinking water as that can fill you up, and also try drinking gatorade or something.


  2. Eat some fruits and vegetables, and drink lots of water. Try not to eat a lot of junk. You should feel better soon.
