Anyone ever had Dish Network? How is it?

Question

Looking for opinions from people who have had it, or even DirectTv.

I have Cable, but My internet goes out ALL the time, and they've tried everything to fix it, I'm tired of it. I also really want the Big Ten Network, which neither of the Cable companies in my area offer. I'm leaning toward Dish, because AT&T offers a bundle to get TV,Internet, and Phone all in one package.

Opinions?

I had Dish Network & I loved it.  I now have DirecTv now & am regretting the change.  They do the bundle svc.  I think that they team up with At&t/SBC for phone & internet svcs.  Here's the website: Just click on bundles and follow the instructions inside.  It is great to have all the svcs all in one bill

I have verizon fios but i have heard good things about Dish! PLEASE suggest of getting verizon you can watch movies for under 3$! It has a lot of cool channels too!

I had Dish and I have Direct now, honestly I liked Dish allot more,  satellite internet is exspensive, I was told 500.00 just to hook up that wasnt including the instalation of the satellite its self.

I had Dish Network for years but now I have cable.  I liked Dish Network better for a two main reasons

1.  I loved the DVR and used almost all of the 99hours of recording space.

2.  I like the feature where you can set the satellite to automatically switch to another station.  That way I never had to remember when my favorite show was coming on.  Plus it is a good alarm clock!

I didn't use the internet cable option so I'm not sure about that.
