Anyone ever had the most disgusting restaurant experience possible?

I am just curious to know....I talk to a lot of my friends and they say some restaurants are absolutely disgusting....I guess I should pay more attention at my next visit huh?

Grossest thing that happened to me was eating a Ceasar salad at an Italian Restuarant and finding HALF a cockroach in the middle of it. Still don't know if I ate the other half....ewww!

I'm telling this story on behalf of a friend.  She was eating at a Chinese restaurant, one of those places where the lights are down really low.  She'd almost finished her entre when she saw movement on her plate, and in the middle of her Lo Mein was a huge roach.  Home Girl immediately barfed her guts out!  The staff came out, helped her to the bathroom, she was crying and upset.  After she calmed down, the staff led her to a new table and gave her water and tea to help her stomach.  They apologized, gave her her money back and...asked her if she wanted another free dinner!  (She Went Back to the Bathroom to Barf!)
