  1. Bullet resistant is a more accurate term.  Either way it does keep the glass from coming apart when it is breached, a definite safety feature.


  2. Yes I have many times and you have to, just think...........

    It is used at banks, commercial buildings, offices, homes near the coastline and even at police stations.

    Yes it is bullet proof.
