Sorta....the employee kicked the guys a** mostly because the 'customer' was threatening him first - and threw the first punch at the guy.  

Surprised it doesn't happen more.  Most of the time customers are fine - but there is always that small percent that acts like their sh** don't stink and blah blah blah where you just want to kick them into last year! hahahhaa

ya always want to, just not worth it. Customers are douches all of them. They whine moan and groan when your the employee, they are douches for sure.

YES! lady in my town is going to court for jumping over the pharmacy counter and attacking a customer from behind, ripping out the victims hair and leaving bruises. hair and photos of bruises were evidence!
